PicLoops is a free program that makes it easy to figure out the values for delay routines for Microchip PIC chips and Scenix SX chips running in Turbo mode. PicLoops does all the work for you, including typing the assembler code for the routines. Transferring the code to your own program editor is as simple as copying and pasting.
